Volunteering
We empower the community through Volunteering. We believe that volunteering is the Universal Language that can break barriers between people, create meaningful connections/networks, which can be used as a bridge to mainstream services. Volunteering is also the name that we use to inspire, empower, and uplift others through the smallest act of kindness. Volunteering is not only about giving something back to the community or making a difference in people’s lives, but it is about bringing people together, educating the community, and teaching our own children and the new generation to come the importance of the community and generosity as well as the Australian way of living. While we believe that Education is the tool for life, we also believe that the community is where we all belong. The African proverb says, “It takes a village to raise a child”, we also believe that it takes the whole community to educate young people because youth are not only our future, but they are our present.
